Essential oils are not recommended if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Please let Soul Respite know at the time of booking so your treatment can be amended to accommodate this.

Sessions are meant to be complementary and do not replace medical or psychological care.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

Card and cash payment options are available.

Respectful Behaviour

Soul Respite reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer make your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your treatment time may still incur a fee.

Please understand late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

Refund Policy

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Soul Respite does not store credit card or banking details.

The personal information you provide Soul Respite is used solely for your care during treatments, and to meet any legal or business obligations where required.

You may request access to your personal information to update any relevant information.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.
